Built after watching a store turn customers away - with the stock two streets away.
The moment that started Mahadangal was ordinary. A customer asked for an item, the shelf was empty, and the customer left. The same item was sitting untouched in another branch of the same chain, two streets away. Nobody at either store knew.
That is not a failure of the people. It is what happens when every branch runs on its own software, keeps its own books and reports upward once a week. Each store can be run well and the chain can still leak money - stock ageing in one place, sales lost in another, and a consolidated picture that arrives too late to act on.
Mahadangal is built around a different idea: a chain should be run as one network. Every location on the same live record, compared against the others, with the system suggesting where stock should move next.
Three things we will not compromise on.
The whole chain visible at once, not branch by branch.
Every screen starts from the network. A branch is always shown alongside the branches it should be compared with.
Rebalancing suggested, not left to chance.
If stock should move, the system says so - with the quantity, the route and the reasoning - early enough to matter.
Consolidated reporting in real time, not compiled after the fact.
One ledger for the whole chain, so the numbers head office sees are the numbers the branches are posting right now.

The best way to judge Mahadangal is on your own network.
Bring your location count and a recent stock report. We will show you what the network view would have flagged.
Tell us how many locations you run. See your network.
Enter your number of branches, stores or depots. The network rebuilds at that scale with a typical mix of branch health, and the rebalancing a chain your size would usually see.
An illustrative view based on typical patterns - not a live read of your actual locations.
