One people process, running the same way at every branch.
Shifts planned against each branch's footfall, attendance captured at the location, and payroll processed centrally with statutory compliance across states - so staff are treated consistently wherever they work.
How hr & payroll moves through the chain.
Every step below happens against the same live record of every location, so nothing waits for a branch to send a report.
| Branch | 9:00 | 11:00 | 13:00 | 15:00 | 17:00 | 19:00 | 21:00 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Thane | 2/2 | 3/3 | 4/5 | 4/4 | 4/5 | 4/6 | 3/4 |

What HR & Payroll includes.
Branch rosters from sales patterns
Shifts planned per branch using its own busy hours, so staffing follows demand rather than a fixed template.
Attendance at the location
Clock-in by device or geofenced mobile check-in, tied to the branch the employee is rostered at that day.
Staff movement between branches
Lend staff from one branch to another for a shift or a season, with hours and cost charged to the branch they worked at.
Central payroll with statutory rules
PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS calculated per employee and state, with payslips and statutory reports generated in one run.
Leave, overtime and incentives
Leave policies, overtime rules and sales incentives applied consistently, with branch managers approving within their own teams.
Staff cost per branch
Labour cost shown against each branch's sales, so staffing decisions are made with the numbers in front of you.

About HR & Payroll.
Something not covered here? Talk to us about how it would work on your chain.
Does payroll handle employees in different states?
Yes. Professional tax, labour welfare fund and other state-specific rules are applied based on where each employee is registered.
Can an employee work at more than one branch?
Yes. Staff have a home branch and can be rostered at others. Hours and cost are allocated to the branch where the shift was worked.
Which attendance devices are supported?
Common biometric devices can sync attendance, and mobile check-in with a geofence around the branch is available for teams without devices.
Can branch managers see salaries?
Only if you allow it. Access is role-based, and salary data can be restricted to HR and head office.
