Who is responsible
For information you give us on this website - for example when you sign up or contact us - we decide how that information is used and are responsible for it.
For business data that a customer stores in the platform (such as branch sales, stock, customer records and employee payroll data), the customer decides how it is used. We process that data on the customer's behalf and only on their instructions.
What we collect
Information you provide. When you sign up or contact us: your name, work email, company name, role or designation, number of locations, business type, city, the system you use today, and anything you write in a message.
Account and usage information. When you use the platform: login details, the actions you take, device and browser type, IP address and timestamps, recorded in audit logs for security.
Customer business data. Data your organisation enters or imports across its locations, including inventory, transfers, sales, financial entries, and employee and payroll records.
Website technical data. Standard server logs such as IP address, pages requested and browser type, and a short-lived session cookie used for the form check.
How we use it
- To create your account and send your login credentials and account details.
- To respond to demo requests and questions, and to prepare a quote for your network.
- To provide, maintain and secure the platform, including audit trails and fraud prevention.
- To run the features your organisation uses, such as per-branch forecasting and rebalancing suggestions, using your organisation's own data.
- To send service messages about your account, such as security notices and changes to these terms.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
AI features and your data
Forecasts, anomaly detection and rebalancing suggestions for your network are produced from your organisation's data. That data is not used to train models for any other customer and is not shared with other customers.
Recommendations are suggestions. People in your organisation decide whether to act on them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, email delivery and backup providers, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
- A successor organisation in the event of a merger or acquisition, under the same protections.
Cookies
This website uses a session cookie to protect sign-up and contact forms from automated submissions. It expires when you close your browser. The platform uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and sign-up information is kept for as long as needed to respond and to manage the relationship. Customer business data is kept for the duration of the subscription and then returned or deleted as agreed with the customer, except where records must be retained by law.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled by role and location, and sensitive actions are recorded in audit logs. More detail is on our Security page.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
If your data is held in a customer's account, please contact that organisation first; we will help them respond.

For privacy questions or requests, reach us through the contact page. We may update this policy as the service changes; material changes will be notified to account holders.
