Security

A network is only useful if every branch can trust it.

Multi-location data is sensitive in two directions: it must be protected from outside, and each person inside the chain should see only the locations and figures their role requires.

Isolation per tenant and per location

Each customer's data is logically isolated from every other customer. Within your network, every record carries its location, and access is enforced at that level.

Encryption in transit and at rest

All traffic between counters, browsers and the platform is encrypted with TLS. Stored data and backups are encrypted at rest.

Role-based access

Branch manager, regional and head-office roles decide which locations and which modules a person can see or change, down to salary visibility.

Audit trails for every action

Every inter-branch transfer, price change, journal entry and approval records who did it, when, from where and what changed.

Strong sign-in

Password policies, session timeouts and two-factor authentication for users with financial or network-wide permissions.

Backups and recovery

Automated backups with tested restore procedures, so a single failure never means lost branch data.

Access by altitude

Who can see and do what.

A typical role setup. Every permission is configurable per role and per location.

Your network, at your scale

Tell us how many locations you run. See your network.

Enter your number of branches, stores or depots. The network rebuilds at that scale with a typical mix of branch health, and the rebalancing a chain your size would usually see.
