How is pricing calculated?
Starter is $49 per month for up to 5 locations and Growth is $99 per month for up to 25 locations. Both can be started directly by signing up. Enterprise, for networks beyond 25 locations, is priced after a short conversation about your structure and modules.
Can you migrate data from our existing branch systems?
Yes. Item masters, opening stock per branch, open invoices, ledgers and employee records are imported from your current systems and validated before go-live. See Implementation for how this works.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the number of locations and the modules in scope. We agree a plan after reviewing your network, and you choose whether to go live all at once, region by region, or location by location.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Contract terms are agreed per plan and set out in your order form. We walk through the options during the demo so there are no surprises.
What happens when we open more locations?
New locations are added to your network as you open them. If you pass a plan limit, we move you to the next plan with no re-implementation.
